Shipping policy
1. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
2. Delivery Times
- Sweden: 1–2 business days via DHL
- Europe: 2–3 business days via UPS/FedEx
- Worldwide: 2–6 business days via UPS/FedEx
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
4. Tracked Shipping All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
5. Customs and Import Duties For orders outside the EU, local customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
6. Unclaimed Packages If a package is not collected and is returned to us, the return shipping fee will be charged to the customer. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. If you wish to have the order resent, additional shipping costs will apply.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@happysweeds.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
