Refund policy
1. Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@happysweeds.com before sending anything back. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

2. Return Shipping Cost Return shipping is at the customer's own expense. We do not offer free returns. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
3. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer law. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
4. Damages and Defective Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@happysweeds.com with photos so we can resolve the issue at no cost to you.
5. Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised products
6. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is approved.
7. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@happysweeds.com.
8. Unclaimed Packages Packages that are not collected and returned to us will be charged the return shipping fee. The original shipping cost will not be refunded.
